Looking at eBird data, there are reports from these February dates: 4, 9, 12, 
13. Nothing since then.

Latest report to eBird looks to be Sunday, Feb. 13.  WCSP reported on
eBird from there on 2/19, so looks like some others tried Saturday w/o
success.
