Hi Everyone,
 
The Canvassbacks and Grebes are still at the Macmillan Reservoir in DC, but this morning they were joined by at least 8 Cackling Geese and 2 Richardson's Geese.  The rest of the large Canada Geese flock (~130) seemed to hold many smaller individuals, but they were too far away for me to ID them without a scope.  Towards 9 am, some where flying off to the north (probably to spend the day at the Old Soldier's Home). 
 
Late yesterday there was a nice flock of Lesser Scaup and a few more Pie-billed Grebes than normal (but gone by this morning)
 
If anyone ventures out here today, let me know if significantly more Cackling or Richardson's are seen!
