I birded the "flats" from 9:30 to 10:00 and did not see the Black-headed Gull. Best birds were

Tundra Swan 6
Gadwall 7
American Wigeon 31
American Black Duck 61
Green-winged Teal 29
Ring-necked Duck 6
Bluebirds 2 males singing their hearts out.
