Yesterday (4/3) I visited Paper Mill Flats between 11:45 and 12:45. Lynne (a
birder from Harford County) arrived at the same time and Joe Hanfman came
around 12:15. The Eurasian Wigeon stayed on the far side of the flats.

Just before Joe arrived, Lynne and I saw two Bald Eagles and a juvenile
Golden Eagle. We managed to get the Golden in our scopes for excellent
viewing. Relative to the illustration in Sibley's guide, the white patches
on the underside of the wings were greatly reduced and appeared to be little
more than a narrow bar.
