Not present at 9:20 in the field (no geese at all), nor at the Stevens Park
(9 Canadas, 2 mallards, 2 wigeon, one pied-billed, one drake bufflehead)
At Rileys: 2 Red-necked Grebes just out from the mouth of Seneca Creek.

The Greater White-fronted Goose was present this morning at 7:20 AM. It
was
in a flock of 250 Canada Geese, southeast of Poolesville on Rt. 107. There
is a convenient pull-off just by the 40 mph sign as you approach
Poolesville.
