MD Osprey:

The MD/DC Records Committee held its annual meeting yesterday, 5 
March. A detailed set of minutes will be posted later on our web page.

The committee would like to extend it's sincere thanks to the three 
voting members who just completed their three-year terms and for all 
of their efforts in support of the committee. They are:

         Mike Bowen (Montgomery County)
         Bill Hubick (Anne Arundel)
         Fred Shaffer (Anne Arundel)

Also, we would like to acknowledge a well-deserved thanks to Paul 
O'Brien (Montgmery) who has stepped down as the committee Chair after 
ten years in this position (2001-2011) and who has provided 
outstanding leadership and contributions to the committee during this period.

Our new voting members, elected for three-year terms, are:

         Matt Hafner (Harford)
         John Hubbell (DC)
         Sherman Suter (Calvert)

Earlier this year, Tyler Bell (St. Mary's) was appointed by the Chair 
to fulfill the remaining term of a member who had resigned and we 
thank Tyler for stepping back into a voting membership role.

The continuing members are:

         Gwen Brewer (Charles)
         Walter Ellison (Kent)
         Ron Gutberlet (Wicomico)
         Joe Hanfman (Howard)
         Mikey Lutmerding (Prince George's)

Bill Hubick (Anne Arundel) was elected as the new committee Chair.

Phil Davis was re-elected as Secretary.
