Joe, Bradley, and I saw the EUWI again at Papermill Flats this morning. Dave Powell had made the trip to Baltimore and, after seeing the wigeon, found a strange goose. Joe took pictures if anyone is interested, and will probably post one or two on his Flickr site. Its body looks like a Canada's, but the neck is pale and it has white around the bill. There is little black on the head.
