Hi all,
 
  Made a brief stop by Reilly's lock about 1pm.  The wind was blowing hard and shimmer on the water was horrible. About 5 Bonapartes Gulls were flying near the water intake thingy on the VA side. Fish Crows are still present in good numbers.
