The ever-changing kaleidoscope at the Noth Beach pond brought with it 2 new 
birds - Glossy Ibis and Laughing Gull on Fri ~ 10 AM. The full count was:

GLOSSY IBIS - in view only a few minutes before flying across the road to the 
narrow marsh on that side and disappearing into the tall reeds. Rare in Calvert 
and a county first for us.
Snowy Egret    5
Green-w Teal  14
Blue-w Teal      0
Mallard            8
Dunlin             7
L Y'legs         24
Bonprt's Gull - 1 lingering, in winter plumage
LAUGHING GULL  2, FOY for us.

In the Bay beyond, off the pier, 2 dark grebes, no doubt Horned but Eared could 
not be ruled out.
Also, Black Scoters and Surf Scoters.
