I would also be interested in knowing if either bird is respotted. As Jeff mentioned, there have been at least 2 birds in the region for the last 5 days straight now. The Cape May sightings could have been one or two birds but the simultaneous MD and DE sightings clearly mean 2 individuals.

I'll remember to post when they fly over my yard later. :)

Fantastic find, but a bummer of timing for me and perhaps others. I was unable
to try yesterday due to family obligations for Easter, and I fear this
individual may be a one day wonder. This morning, perhaps a new bird was just
seen and posted to MDOsprey by Stan Arnold, flying past Baltimore somewhere
(message was cryptic). There is/was also one in DE yesterday near Newark being
seen at same time as the one in Kent Island, so at least two are in the region.
The DE bird may be the same bird reported last week in Cape May NJ.

I am guessing the one seen by Stan was a fly-by and not chase-able. If anyone
has any advice about whether the Kent Island bird is still around, and/or if it
is chase-able, please let us know or reply off line. I would like to try this
afternoon.

Thank you!
