Sunny, quickly becoming mostly cloudy; 59-65 degrees; west winds, at first
light, became very strong 10-20 mph, gusting to 30 mph

Raptor Observations:
A steady but slow trickle of migrants

Non-raptor Observations:
About 40 Bobolinks; Rose-breasted Grosbeak; Scarlet Tanager; Indigo
Bunting; small flocks of warblers, which may have been Yellow-rumps.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
