Howdy all,

I've seen two messages about counts so I'll toss in one more for you. 
Southern Maryland Audubon Society is having it's first "Tailgate Bird 
Count" (a Big Sit type event) this weekend. If you are in Calvert, St. 
Mary's, Charles or southern Prince George's you can set up your own 
count circle, anybody, anywhere is welcome to support SMAS by making a 
per species pledge if they'd like. This one is rather small but SMAS 
plans to do another in the Fall. Info can be found here:

PS: I have Eastern Kingbirds at Hard Bargain Farm all of a sudden. And I 
hope the Green Heron that flew over the house a few days ago shows up 
for my count!
