A female Baltimore Oriole just landed on the hummingbird feeder hanger.  It 
had nesting material and gave the same 2 note call that the Baltimore 
Orioles in my area give ... something like a preface to a longer song.  I 
checked the internet and found out that female Baltimore Orioles do indeed 
sing.
