We are cicada free in Cecil/Harford County (so far, obviously we'll have our
annual variety later in the summer). I suppose we are too far north for
Brood XIII? I know we overflow with Brood X (one of the 17-year
varieties). Could this be one of the culprits with this year's Kite
sightinhs which seem to be more than usual?>
