Hi Chris,
I was hoping that we would have some kites feeding on the cicadas that
are emerging, but the area for these cicadas is very, very limited. It
only extends from Dameron north to Mattapany and St. James Roads on
Route 235. I doubt if any kite sightings in the rest of the state would
have anything to do with this Brood 19 which is only in the south.
