MD Osprey:

After Dave's initial sighting, I see that several others have seen 
the Neotropic Cormorant. So far, I have seen no reviewable details. 
The MD/DC Records Committee would welcome reports (or photos). This 
is a reviewable species and would be the fourth record for Maryland.
