Last night as I arrived at a meeting there was a thrush thrashing
around on the ground.
It is quite young. My guess at what happened is that it is a new flier
and went head first into a building or window or some other very
hard surface. It cannot stand up straight for very long -- it flops over
on its side.
It is in a cage with low heat and water.
I cannot take it to the rehab -- Second Chance on the back side of
Gaithersburg -- until Monday. Is there someone willing to take it
down?
There will be someone here after 2:45.
I am leaving now. I will not be on line. You can reach me on my cell
phone 301-367-9306.
I would really appreciate help. (So would the thrush)
Thanks,
Gayle
