With ridiculous optimism, I've been looking in Spring and Fall everytime I pass the fields near Brandywine, where the 1987 bird was seen.  That bird was around for a couple weeks.  Is this (yesterday's) bird the first one since then?

I'm guessing MDOsprey will be getting lots of hits today and tomorrow from folks checking to see if its been re-sighted!
