Hi Winger,

I haven't posted to MDOSPREY as I have forgotten how, but I just returned from Prime Hook 20 minutes ago, after finding the Little Egret not on Fowler Beach Road as previously reported, but along Prime Hook Road, at 10:15 AM. I was joined by 2 birders from PA and one from NJ, who located it first. It was about 200' off the right side of the road at the very first impoundment area, and in with about 6 Snowys. The exact spot is about 300 feet before you cross a pipeline patch in the asphalt that crosses the road at a telephone service pedestal. The two plumes on this bird were long and unmistakable. The flatter crown and yellowish underside at the base of the bill stood out sharply next to the Snowys. I also observed some rather aggressive lunging behavior of several Snowys toward this bird, as if its presence in their little group was not fully appreciated. Hope this gets to you before you leave the area, and feel free to share this with anyone.
