Hi All,
Sorry about the skimpy info about the sighting in my initial post--I was
running late for a family graduation ceremony and had to run. I saw the
bird in the ponds on the other side of the road from the marsh area. It
was with a mixed flock of peep (Semis and Least) and a Dunlin. I know
of at least one birder who tried Sunday with no luck, so it appears to
have moved on. Glad Mike & Betsy got to see it.
Looks to be the first eBird report of Marbled Godwit in MD north of the
Bay Bridge--apart from Hart Miller Island of course. Yellow Book
indicates prior records for Harford Co. though.
