Saw it yesterday (6-03) about 9:45.  It was soaring high over the area 
and didn't stay around long.  No luck today from 9:10-35 on my return trip 
from my breeding bird survey.  I suspect it is going to stay all summer. 
Also I'm not sure there are all that many dragonflies around for it to feed 
on.
