June 10 in the afternoon I saw the following:

Dickcissel- one along Bowers Road just E of Harney (Carroll); 3 along Bollinger School Road south of Rte 140 (Frederick)

Northern Harrier- 1 male being mobbed by blackbirds along Bollinger School Road just north of Rte 140

Red-headed Woodpecker- one adult along Bowers Road just west of Walnut Grove Road; one heard along Shoemaker Road (Frederick) at crest of first hill after bridge over Monocacy; two adults on Toms Creek Church Road south of Rte 140 and near large farm pond (Frederick)

Vesper Sparrow- 2 along Shoemaker Road near RHWO spot and one at intersection of Shoemaker with Bollinger School Road
