Hi Everybody: I am posting this for Brad Lanning who observed the following in Washington County on Monday afternoon.

He saw 2 Northern Harriers fly over the intersection of Eastern Ave. and Rt. 64 (Hagerstown, I believe).

Along Chewsville Road he saw 3 male and possibly one female DICKCISSEL, a pair of BLUE GROSBEAKS, one fledgling HORNED LARK, one SAVANNAH SPARROW and several GRASSHOPPER SPARROWS. For more details you may contact Brad at 240-675-1829.
