The Mississippi Kite was at Hughes Hollow from 5:05 to 5:15pm.  It's 
pattern has changed.  3 weeks ago it stayed centered above the East 
impound.  Now it's range is greatly expanded.  At 5:05 it was flying 
above the woods beyond the path.  Eventually it made it's way over the 
east impound and by 5:15 it flew toward River Road.
