Spent yesterday birding at Catoctin. A wonderfully cool day! Nice assortment of birds in good numbers. Highlights were SCARLET TANAGERS (20 +) some feeding young. WORM EATING WARBLERS (12), ACADIAN FLYCATCHER (1) and I heard what sounded like a JUNCO singing. Could not find the bird though..... ?

Some nice fungus.....an amazing stinkhorn!
