I viewed the Dickcissal perched at top of a Cedar tree and singing
vigorously about 6:45 pm this evening after striking out (again) on
Mississippi Kite at Hughes Hollow. Good views through scope.

Just to clarify, the location is a grassy field containing 3 lone Cedar
trees on the north side of Westerly Road about .6 miles NE of its
intersection with Edwards Ferry Rd. Nearest mail box has 20900 written on
it.
