Hi all,

I spent the weekend in Western MD and my first stop Saturday morning was Old Legislative Rd. I located two male Henslow's Sparrows about 75 ft. apart, up on perches and calling back and forth for a good half hour. One of them seemed completely unphased by my presence and let me get within 20 ft. of him, so I was able to get some pretty nice photos. I've posted a series of them, from numerous angles, so you can get a nice feel for the look of this bird that doesn't usually allow for close study.
