It has come to my attention that I have committed an error in attributing
this Environmental Assessment to the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The
issuing agency is Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation
and Enforcement (BOEMRE). My apologies to USFWS for the egregious error
and to all else for any confusion.
