Sunday morning, Jane said that there was a male Hooded Warbler on one of our platform sunflower feeders. We watched it fend off chickadees and titmice. Not sure what it was finding to eat unless there were some insects in the seed. It was very interesting to watch him chase everyone else away especially since the titmice were larger than he. This went on for about 30 minutes then he flew away. We've had hoodies in our yard before but this was certainly the most memorable!
