I did a quick hour and a half trip to Adkins Arboretum first thing this morning. I always start with the west side of the north meadow. About half way down the field an adult CONNECTICUT WARBLER started fussing at me. Had great looks at it. Farther down the field I ran into a party of titmice and chickadees. With them were two adult PROTHONOTARY WARBLERS, one juvenile AMERICAN REDSTART and an adult YELLOW-THROATED VIREO. I also had a LEAST FLYCATCHER, and a RED-EYED VIREO.
