Hi all,
Did a short bird walk at a couple of places this morning; (got out earlier sure helped!)-
First stop was Ken-Gar Soccer area of Beach Drive. Most unusual was seeing 5 Great crested Flycatchers in one tree, also Baltimore Oriole, and a Red-eyed Vireo, and 4 Gray Catbirds. I guess the Mile-a-minute berries are irresistible! Lots of tough to id flycatchers too. Also watched a juvenile Cooper's Hawk make a diving attack on a robin. His inexperience left him empty taloned.....
