MD Osprey:

I sent out my previous message in a rush, I should have changed the 
subject line to better reflect the status. Location - Kenilworth Park.

Again, reports/photos welcome. White Ibis is not reviewable in MD, 
but it is in DC due to the paucity of DC records.
