On the way home from Cylburn I noticed a large puddle/pond in  a field on 
Worthington near Tufton. 
 
I could just make out some large shorebirds with upward  curved beaks. 
(Many years ago on a Western MD trip, Bob Ringler encouraged  us to always 
check puddles in fields for shorebirds.)
 
Went home, grabbed my scope, rushed back, and was treated to 5  Greater 
Yellowlegs.
