Birded St. Mary's River State Park today. Started in the hunting area this morning, which was fairly thin for migrants. Saw several Red-eyed Vireo, American Redstart, Black-throated Blue, and an Empidonax, as well as chickadee, Carolina Wren, and Cardinal in the parking area. Also had Eastern Wood-Pewee, Downy and Red-bellied Woodpeckers, and Cooper's Hawk on the trails. I stopped by the lake afterwards and had several Pine Warblers, one Black-and-White, a rew Redstarts, and one Canada along with Red-eyed Vireo, chickadees, titmice, and a Red-shouldered Hawk.
