My walk at Freedom Park this morning was very dull until I ran into a
mixed flock of warblers. It turned out to be my best warbler day so far
this fall with seven species. Migrants included:

Pewee  4
White-eyed Vireo  1
Red-eyed Vireo  2
Barn Swallow  20
House Wren  3
Catbird  11
Black-&-white Warbler  2
Yellowthroat  1, heard only
Redstart  2, one adult male
Parula  3
Magnolia Warbler  1
Chestnut-sided Warbler  3
Black-throated Green Warbler  2
Towhee  1, heard only
Chipping Sparrow  15
Scarlet Tanager  2
Cowbird  200
