I birded Hughes Hollow for a couple of hours this morning.  This isn't a site I have found in the past to be all that good for migrants as there is nowhere to concentrate them but I had some really nice flocks this morning and saw 13 warbler species in all.  At one point I had 6 species together in one 8ft willow sapling.  So as others have said a good morning to be out.

Warbler species were:

Northern Parula - 5
Prothonotary - single bird
Canada - single bird
American Redstart - 5
Black-and-white - 5
Black-throated Blue - 3
Magnolia - c 10
Black-throated Green - also c 10
Blackburnian - 3
Chestnut-sided - 4
Blackpoll - 2
Palm - 1 (not with the others but by the cross-dike)
Common Yellowthroat

Also very common were E. Peewee; and had a Traill's and Acadian Flycatchers.  There were around 15 or so Indigo Bunting in the open areas along the dikes.

The Hughes Rd polo grounds had 6 Pectoral Sandpipers.

Good birding
