Crow with no head feathers

We have multiple crows at our feeders on a daily basis and have never seen
anything like the one we saw today - It has no head feathers.  We researched
only briefly but found no mention of this as a typical molting pattern for
crows.  Our assumption is that it is diseased.

if anyone has more information about this sort of thing, we'd be happy to
hear it.
