Hi All,

I went to Pt. Lookout in search of Mikey's Clay-colored Sparrow, but
instead I found a warbler that I am a little torn between identifying as
a Connecticut and a Mourning Warbler. It was only a brief look as it
popped up in the brambles. I saw a bold complete eye-ring, complete
breastband, pink legs, yellow underparts and olive back. With the
exceptions, that I did not see the tail and undertail coverts and the
throat was yellow, I would say that it was a Connecticut. It was north
of the picnic area by the path to the east of the old garage in the
blackberries where the Kudzu is located.

Good Birding,
Patty Craig
