Just a quick look around the net tonight, I thought that the following
sightings might entice some of you to go out this weekend to do some
birding. ; )

-Townsend's Solitaire on Nantucket
-Clay-colored and Lark Sparrows seemingly everywhere
-Selasphorus and Rufous Hummingbirds in several locations to our North
-Tufted Duck in Mass
-Spotted Towhee and possible Red-throated Pipit in New Jersey
-Vermillion Flycatcher in the Carolinas
-Prob. Western Wood Pewee banded at Kiptopeake SP, Virginia
-Prob. Red Phalarope in West Virginia
-Scissor-tailed Flycatcher and Yellow-headed Blackbird in New York

What might you find? Those with thoughts of where to bird (in
addition to the obvious hotspot; Bayside Campground on Assateague),
feel free to chime in on the discussion.

Good Birding,
