An absolutely fantastic visit to Kinder Farm Park. Virtually every
corner was loaded with sparrows and other birds. I'm sure I missed a
lot of birds and I believe my estimates are on the conservative side.
Highlights: ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER, VESPER & LINCOLN'S SPARROW and
NASHVILLE WARBLERS.

Vesper Sparrow 1 Noticed this big sparrow flush and fly to the
top of a tree on the dry meadow (back side of the park). I knew it
was a Vesper. It soon flew again, revealing white on it's outer tail.
