Watching a program on pythons in the everglades on PBS WETA - and I just heard a Cape Turtle Dove (Ring-necked Dove) call - that's a bird that is only found in Southern Africa. Nowhere near Florida...

But wait! Apparently there are feral populations there! 

Oh well...
