Kim's sister sent us a cell phone photo last night of a "kiwi" she found on the lawn of Westminster Hall in downtown Baltimore (corner of Fayette and Greene).  The photo showed a nice Virginia Rail huddled up on the grass under some bushes.  Hopefully it stayed hidden from cats long enough to fly out last night.
