In regard to the recent discussions on rarity accessibility, this will be
the test.  I feel it was a bit premature to publicly post this information
to the listserv.  (I hope the homeowners ok'd the dissemination of this
information).  It is a very private neighborhood with limited parking and
the bird is best viewed from inside their home from what I have heard.  The
homeowner has concerns about neighbors calling the police if too much
disturbance occurs.

Here's hoping that all goes well with this one and everyone please be on
your best behavior!
