In regards to posting to MDOSPREY, once there it will be picked on sites
like http://birdingonthe.net and will be available to anyone that
reviews the various list serves. Once anything is posted to MDOSPREY, it
is essentially posted to anyone and everyone in near real time. I'm
writing this at 9:15, just 15 minutes after your posting to the list. As
you can see from the cut and paste below of the last few messages on the
MDOSPREY list archive, yours is already there.

If you don't want wide dissemination of a report, posting it to MDOSPREY
is not the way to go about it.
