The 12-hour Nov. 19 pelagic scheduled out of Lewes, DE is full if we take
the Thelma IV.  If, however, we get another half dozen people who are
interested by mid-day Tuesday (when I have to call) the captain said they'd
upgrade us to the big boat.  So we're taking names for a waiting list.  If
we get enough, the whole waiting list gets to go on the trip.
