The Surf Scoter at McHenry was still present this morning.  Nothing else
of note.  

No luck at Ft. Armistead for the Great Cormorant, most notable was an
immature Bald Eagle.

Paper Mill Flats was almost devoid of waterfowl.  Did flush two Wilson's
Snipe, and there was one Killdeer, half a dozen Canada Geese, four Black
Ducks, 2 Red-tailed Hawks.  No gulls, let alone the Black-headed reported
a few days back.
