I just viewed the video describing the effort to establish a captive  
breeding program of the Spoon-billed SP.  I made a contribution to this  worthy 
cause on line.
 
I saw a pair of these birds on my first visit to Attu in 1986.   Wonderful 
bird that should be protected from extinction.
