For anyone on Jay Sheppard's Ocean City sector teams who use eBird and plan to enter your counts, I created this location in eBird:
 
Location: OC CBC - OC Sector, Worcester County, Maryland, US

By clicking the link below, you can accept a blank checklist for the Ocean City 
sector of the Ocean City Christmas Bird Count. After accepting it, you will have 
this location in your drop down menu of locations, as well as on your map. You 
can then proceed to create a new checklist like you normally would using the 
shared location. After you have finished creating your checklist, remember to 
delete the original blank checklist.
 
This allows everyone's observations for the Ocean City Sector to be listed under 
a single location. You could also use this location to record your past count results as
well as future count results, too.
