I arrived at Hunt Valley Best Buy parking lot around 11:45. Plenty of
Ring-billed Gulls but no Black-headed. There were 4 other car's worth of
birder's waiting as well. Left my cell # with a fellow birder and drove
over to Paper Mill Flats. No gulls there, but did run into Jon Corcoran.
Went back to Best Buy, still no Black-headed. A postal truck drove into
parking lot and stopped and many of gulls lifted into a brief flight and
re-located right next to it. 10 minutes later, USPS truck pulled away and
the BHGU was all of sudden right there in plain view. Never saw it come in.
It was only on ground for about a minute before taking off and heading
towards York Ave.
