The City of Baltimore has been approached by a dove release company in PA about releasing doves at a wedding or similar event held at Cylburn Arboretum.  Cylburn does host a lot of weddings.  Supposedly the birds all fly home - no fuss, no mess.  Right not, the City does not approve of such releases.........but they are willing to look at the issue and maybe come up with a policy for this.  Any comments?  Suggestions?  Experience with such activities?
